Missed appointments

There will be a 50% fee charged for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. If someone else is able to fill your appointment there will not be missed appointment charge.

We routinely give all our customers a reminder ‘courtesy call’ 24-36hours before the appointment is due.  We find that our existing patients find this service extremely useful.
